Alaska String Band taking show on the road
Other bands might worry about breaking up over artistic differences, but the Alaska String Band just wants to make the most of their time together before band members start leaving home.

I’m seeing The Academy Is… and We the Kings (along with Carolina Liar and Hey Monday) tomorrow! It’s going to be my first REAL concert (uh…I don’t count the two I’ve been to *cough* Hannah Montana *cough* The Cheetah Girls *cough*).
I love all both bands’ music but I wanna know what they’re like live.
My city is the first that The Academy Is… is coming to since the release of their new CD Fast Times at Barrington High, but I know they performed some of it on Warped Tour. Other than that, will they play some of their older songs as well?
I guess I’m just overly excited. Should I just go and be wowed?
