Deep-Purple.net reports that Jon Lord’s work for piano and orchestra ‘Boom of the Tingling Strings’, was performed on December 7 / 8 2006, with pianist Nelson Goerner, and the Odense Symphony Orchestra conducted by Paul Mann. The concerts took place in the Carl Nielsen Hall of the Odense Koncerthus in Denmark as part of the main subscription concert series of the Odense Symphony Orchestra, of which Paul Mann is principal conductor.
