Thrash Pioneers Testament Prepare Ninth Studio Album

FUCKING SIIIIIICCK!!!!!” - Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed Quite the endorsement for the latest offering from Bay Area thrash pioneers Testament, whose ninth studio album, Formation of Damnation, is slated for release on April 29th. The proper follow-up to 1999’s deafening fan-fave The Gathering, Damnation features the original Testament line-up of vocalist Chuck Billy, guitarists Eric Peterson and Alex Skolnick, and bassist Greg Christian, with the addition of friend and former member, Paul Bostaph. Picking up where Testament left off at the end of the last century, Billy and company offer up some of the vintage breakneck anthems that landed them in the company of Slayer, Megadeth, Metallica and Anthrax. Continuing to cement their legacy as one of the finest bands thrash has to offer, Damnation’s title-track is a scorching siren of intensity and fury. See for yourself below. British power rocker Jack Green

Former T-Rex guitar player find, this is a video circa 1983 of the power pop rocker Jack Green. Wish he would release a new album. And there is a bonus on this by cool director Steve Kahn father of first music videos. This cut (One By One) was either Mystique or Reverse Logic album paid a mint for this with director commentary and features a (the) young & wild Vanna Bonta poetry in motion. Literary rulz. Jack Green supposedly lives in Sctoland, the world wants him back. Solid feel good stuff.

Probably after I managed to have work done on the album Watari?s Machine which I envision to get a commercial CD pressing too. … One last thing about NAFT, I have been asked to provide information for a book that?s scheduled for release later this year….) As regards my past CD-R releases (Phantoms EP & Swans EP), I plan on remastering them and giving them a legitimate release (with legitimate I mean commercially p ressed CD)….
