What is the best music video creation program that you can get?

I am a complete beginner in the field of music video creation, and I need to know what would be the best software to get, either free or not, in order to make quality music videos. I need one that has everything you need in it to make a music video. Does anyone know of some really good software I could use for this?

      Its free, and its really powerful, I highly recommend it.
